Dr. Cody Grace, DO
Emergency Medicine Physician
A graduate of Northern Bedford County High School, Dr. Cody Grace, DO, earned his medical degree from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Allegheny General Hospital. Cody is the medical director of Raystown Wellness. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is also certified in advanced neurotoxin injectables.
As a resident of the Raystown Region, Cody is passionate about providing high-quality medical care to underserved populations and giving back to his hometown community. In addition, he aims to expand access to innovative medical and wellness modalities within the area. His approach to patient care is rooted in treating every individual with kindness, respect, and a commitment to delivering the best care possible.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors—hiking, hunting, and caring for the ever-growing collection of animals at home.
Karinn Gartmann, CRNP
Aesthetic Medicine | Hormone Health
Karinn Gartmann, CRNP earned her nursing degree from Mount Aloysius College and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing. Her advanced education and clinical experience have shaped a comprehensive approach in both primary care practice and aesthetic medicine.
She specializes in family medicine and is an expert nurse injector who has trained with leading aesthetic providers across the United States. Her expertise includes facial balancing, lip and dermal filler, PRP, laser technologies, and advanced neurotoxin treatments. Known for her precision and attention to detail — Karinn prioritizes natural, structurally balanced outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
In addition, she is deeply committed to women’s health and hormone optimization. She has a special interest in evidence-based therapies shown to reduce cancer risk, support long-term vitality and disease prevention.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys thrifting, being a proud boy mom, and being present in the moments that matter most.
Carson Zelanko, BSN, RN, CMCN
Wellness Nurse | Aesthetic Injector
A graduate of Northern Bedford County High School, Carson Zelanko, RN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Mount Aloysius College.
She specializes in cellular healing—supporting mitochondrial function, metabolic pathways, and inflammatory balance through clinically guided therapies. She is an advanced neurotoxin injector, a Certified Managed Care Nurse, and holds certifications in diabetes self-management.
Her clinical practice is guided by an intuitive, whole-person lens—recognizing that sustainable health is shaped by both biology and the lived experience of each patient. Carson is committed to expanding access to innovative, high-quality wellness services for rural and underserved communities throughout the Raystown region.
Outside of her clinical work, Carson enjoys time in nature, quiet porch coffee, and meaningful connection—bringing the same grounded presence into every patient interaction.
