Submit your refill request to continue your current semaglutide or tirzepatide therapy. Your request will be reviewed to confirm your current dose, progress, side effects, and ongoing treatment plan.
Please note:
• Refill requests are subject to provider review and approval
• Dose adjustments may require additional follow-up
• Medication and supplies are shipped directly to your home
• Please submit your request before your current medication supply runs out
